Baby potatoes are kids favorite. Whenever I go for shopping I used to search for this baby potatoes. My daughter loves it. I used to buy very tiny potatoes; I make varieties with the baby potatoes. My mom makes best fries with the tiny potatoes. But this recipe is bit different , When I made this I was little bit worried whether my kid will like this or not. But she loved it and it was a great success for me.
I make usual potato fries with red chilli powder and salt will be a hit always. But with little onion paste and chili paste, it sounds different and it is a remarkable taste , which will last long. Just give it a try.  It goes well with sambar and rasam rice or a best combo with chapattis also. Kids Favorite recipe.
