Vegetable fried rice is always favourite for all... there r many way of making this rice item. here is the recipe which i used to do frequently.
1 cup Basmathi Rice
1 bunch Spring Onion
1 or 2 Capsicum Big
½ tsp Ajinamoto
½ tsp White Pepper powder
½ tsp Garam masala.
Salt as required
2 or 3 tsp Soya Sauce
1tbsp Caramalised Sugar syrup
4 tbsp Oil
Boil rice in 12 cups of water with oil and without salt. Cos we will add salt in vegetables and Soya sauce contains salt. If the soya sauce does not contain salt. Then add salt in the rice. Cook rice till half cooked and drain thouroughly and allow to cool.
Cut the vegetables in evensize very very small pieces. Cut spring onion into 1 inch long pieces. Heat oil in a broad frying pan and fry onions, carrot capsicum, cabbage, onion steam. While frying vegetables add ajinamoto.and garam masala Fry in high flame for few minutes, Add the Soya sauce and add the rice, pepper and salt (if necessary).
Sprinkle soya sauce and fry in high flame. Serve hot with sauce or fried chicken.
