¾ cup Fine rawa
½ cup Maida
2tsp Urad dhal flour
¼ tsp Salt
2 pinch baking powder
ice cold water for mixing dough
oil for deep frying
Dry roast urad dhal till golden brown in colour. Cool it and ground to fine powder.
Mix maida, rawa and urad flour with salt and baking powder.
Add water and knead to a stiff dough.
Keep closed under a wet cloth for 20 min
Knead well again till smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough and roll out in to big chappathis in medium thickness.
Use a round biscuit cutter and cut small rounds , Deep fry in hot oil. Put one by one and press well to puff up and fry till crisp and golden brown.
We can store it in air tight container.
